From major international and UK events to increasing our client base and partnerships, it's been a bustling month at Lawtech Software Group. Let's update you on what we've been up to over the last month.
A Busy Month Of Events for the Lawtech Software Group - Starting in Australia
We'll start with a busy month of events that kicked off in Australia. It was an amazing week that began in Sunny Sydney and finished in Melbourne. We were honoured to attend and sponsor the Legal Innovation and Tech Fest in Sydney as we joined a host of UK legal tech companies in conjunction with the UK government on a special trade mission to showcase the very best in British legal technology. Taking place at Sydney's Hilton Hotel, the two-day event was packed with insightful thoughts and speeches from industry-leading figures, as well as providing the perfect opportunity to connect with law firms in Australia. In addition to this, we were able to connect, network, and build relationships with firms, legal professionals, and businesses from across the UK and Australia, as well as build relationships with our partners at Actionstep.
Our Australian venture ended in Melbourne to discuss the growing innovations of legal technology within the area, listening to key note speeches from industry leaders and government officials with a networking session concluding the day itself. Our brilliant week in Australia has laid further foundations for future endeavours and enabled us to build great connections with industry leaders, businesses and lawyers.
Connection Building & Networking at Best Foundation Event
As well as attending the trade mission in Australia, we were also thrilled to attend and the sponsor the Best Foundation's Inspiration and Innovation Conference 2.0 for the second year running. The event itself took place at the stunning Concorde Centre in Manchester and enabled us to connect and network with law firms operating within the wills and probate sector as well as connect with fellow legal technology innovators and finance businesses.
As the global flavours sponsor, we had the privilege of sponsoring the evening street food at the event and CTO Mev Dzihic also took to the stage to speak alongside key industry leaders in a special legal tech panel. The event was packed with conversation, insights and inspiration from key note speakers including Olympic champion Rebecca Adlington and we're extremely grateful to attend and sponsor an event that has enabled us to build some great connections, help improve Verify 365 awareness and aid the growth of the Lawtech Software Group.
More Networking and Partnership Meetings
In addition to a busy month of events, we've also attended smaller networking events and held exciting meetings with current and potentially new partners. We aim to grow our partnership base within the UK and beyond by working closely with companies that share our beliefs.
Some of the Lawtech team attended a networking event in Stratford-upon-Avon, where they spoke with industry figures from across law and legal technology. They were able to discuss our range of amazing products like Verify 365 and DynamicID with keen minds and explain the impact we are having on the legal sector.
It has also been a really great month in terms of maintaining and building on relationships with current partners as well as building connections with potential new partners. We have held meetings in our Birmingham office as well as attended events held by our partners. These have taken us to places including Worcester and Nottingham. The positive conversations are setting us and our partners on the right path towards continued growth.
We have also welcomed several new firms into the Lawtech Software Group family and are excited to work closely with them going forward to ensure they get the best use out of the Legal tech. We're also thrilled to announce the release of our latest case study covering our work with a long-term client of ours, Elite Law Solicitors. Here, we detail how Verify 365 has transformed their client onboarding processes and ensured they are completing due diligence compliantly.
It's been a fantastic month of events, networking and showcasing our products to audiences across the UK and Australia. We are laying the foundations for what is going to be an exciting, busy rest of 2024 and to all the people we've spoken to and connected with, we are looking forward to building on those in the future.
